No one stumbles upon acupuncture. I certainly didn’t.
As a Division 1 athlete, I had my entire future mapped out—until a career-ending injury changed everything. What followed was a downward spiral: multiple surgeries, a staph infection, an autoimmune disease, and a battle with my mental health. Western medicine kept me on a never-ending cycle of treatments that weren’t working. Desperate for another way, I turned to acupuncture.
Three months later, I was 80% better—physically, mentally, and emotionally. That kind of healing changes you. It made me realize that if this medicine could restore my body when nothing else could, I had to learn it.
Since then, my work has taken me around the world. I lived in Greece, treating women and children in refugee camps and safe houses—many of whom were in excruciating pain, not just from physical injuries, but from the weight of trauma. That experience solidified my belief that pain isn’t just in the body. It’s in the nervous system, in the mind, in the spaces where stress and survival live. And acupuncture is one of the most powerful tools to release it.
Now, I specialize in sports and orthopedic acupuncture, working with NFL players across the East Coast and helping athletes heal without surgery or unnecessary interventions. I’ve seen careers saved and surgeries canceled. I also have a deep passion for women’s health, particularly in sports, as I speak at Division 1 schools, teaching female athletes how to train with their menstrual cycles to optimize performance and prevent injuries—something I wish I had known when I was competing.
Outside of sports medicine, I also offer cosmetic acupuncture and facial rejuvenation, helping people restore their skin, muscle tone, and confidence naturally.
At the core of my work is one simple truth: healing isn’t just physical. Whether I’m working with a pro athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone searching for a deeper level of wellness, my goal is to help them recover—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so they can show up fully in their bodies and in their lives.
